Description
The MAZAKI MPC30 High-Pressure Controller is a high-pressure switch designed to monitor system pressure and provide pressure-based switching for compatible pumps or equipment.
The MPC30 is designed for high-pressure water applications, with a pressure range of 5 to 30 bar and a differential range of 3 to 10 bar. It features a factory setting of 15 / 20 bar and a maximum bellows pressure of 40 bar.
Unlike the automatic-reset MPC06, the MPC30 uses a manual-reset SPDT switch with a trip function on pressure rise. This makes it suitable for applications where the system should be manually reset after a high-pressure trip before operation can resume.
The controller uses a 1/4″ flare pressure connection, with an optional 36″ copper capillary tube with 1/4″ flare connection available according to the manufacturer’s specification.
The MPC30 is suitable for compatible high-pressure pump, water-supply, water-treatment and pressure-control applications where reliable high-pressure monitoring and manual reset are required.

Why Choose MAZAKI MPC30 Pressure Controller?
- High-pressure control: Designed for applications requiring pressure monitoring from 5 to 30 bar.
- High-pressure switching range: Provides a substantially higher pressure range than the MPC06, making the MPC30 suitable for high-pressure applications.
- Manual reset: The manual-reset function requires operator intervention following a pressure-rise trip, helping prevent automatic restart after a high-pressure event.
- Adjustable differential: Provides a differential range of 3 to 10 bar for compatible pressure-control applications.
- Factory setting: Supplied with a specified 15 / 20 bar factory setting.
- High bellows-pressure rating: Maximum bellows pressure is specified at 40 bar.
- SPDT switching: Uses an SPDT switch configuration for pressure-based control.
- Suitable electrical ratings: Rated for AC 125 V and AC 250 V applications with defined inductive, full-load and starting-current ratings.
- IP44 protection: Provides protection against solid objects and splashing water when correctly installed.
- Flexible connection options: Uses a 1/4″ flare pressure connection, with an optional 36″ copper capillary tube configuration.
- Suitable for high-pressure systems: Designed for applications where pressure levels exceed the operating range of standard low-pressure controllers.
- Practical safety function: Manual reset helps prevent automatic recovery following a high-pressure trip where operator intervention is required.
