Description

The T33 / CL10RO AIC-2 is a high-quality inline granular activated carbon (GAC) filter designed to improve the taste and odour of drinking water. It is particularly effective at reducing chlorine and other compounds that can cause unpleasant tastes and smells.

The 10-inch inline cartridge is commonly used as a post-filter on domestic reverse osmosis systems and is also suitable for refrigerators, ice makers, drinking-water systems, coffee machines and other point-of-use water purification applications.

The activated carbon media provides effective chlorine, taste and odour reduction while helping to produce cleaner, fresher-tasting water.

Important Installation Information:

A new cartridge should be flushed with approximately 5 gallons (19 litres) of water before normal use. This removes any carbon fines that may be present after manufacture. The system should also be checked for leaks after installation.

The manufacturer’s rated replacement point is 1,500 gallons or one year, whichever comes first, although replacement may be required sooner if the flow becomes restricted or taste/odour begins to return.
