Description
The APG803 forms part of the SEKO Tekna APG series and is designed for applications where controlled, proportional chemical dosing is required. Its electronic control allows the dosing rate to be adjusted according to an external 4–20 mA signal, making it suitable for integration with water treatment controllers, process instrumentation and automated dosing systems.
The APG803 has a PVDF pump head, PTFE diaphragm and ceramic ball valves, providing excellent chemical compatibility for a wide range of water-treatment chemicals.
The pump has a maximum stroke frequency of 300 strokes per minute and a maximum flow capacity of 110 litres per hour at 0 bar back pressure. At higher pressures, the flow capacity changes to 62 L/h at 2 bar, 32 L/h at 4 bar and 20 L/h at 5 bar.
With its robust construction, adjustable dosing control and automatic proportional operation, the SEKO APG803 is particularly suitable for water purification systems, industrial water treatment, chemical dosing, chlorine dosing, pH correction, coagulant dosing, polymer dosing and other automated water-treatment processes.

Installation:
Install the pump on a vertical wall in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated location protected from direct sunlight and adverse weather conditions. Ensure the ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C and the relative humidity remains below 90%. Install the suction and discharge tubing according to Seko’s installation guidelines to ensure accurate dosing and reliable long-term performance.
