Scotsman ice machines vertical evaporator technology provides large amount of high quality ice at very competitive prices. The MV models produce the super-dice ice which is available in full 13grams version or 7 grams half-dice (version MVH). Al models are available in both air cooled or water cooled versions.

Dice ice is a bit of an all-rounder. We’re talking about the classic six-sided rectangular or square ice.
Full and Half Cubed Dice Ice. Full size cubes (or “dice cubes”) get their name from their shape. They are a cube shape that look like dice. These cubes are good for mixed drinks, carbonated beverages, ice dispensing, ice displays, ice retailing and banquet services.
