Description

The 27mm Top Strainer is designed for compatible 8″–12″ FRP water-treatment vessels fitted with a 2.5″ head mount. It forms part of the vessel’s internal distribution system and helps protect the control valve from particles carried by granular filter media.

The strainer helps distribute water evenly throughout the treatment media, increasing water-to-media contact and helping reduce channeling. It features a compact, durable plastic construction with calibrated slots and a connection for the internal water-lifting/riser tube.
