A basic pretreatment setup with the reverse osmosis system.
Firstly a sales agent must recommend the above pretreatment setup based on a water analysis report from the lab for it to be guaranteed to work. As shown above for your 6000LPH RO system – 3 x 8080 membrane – 3 phase pump.
A water analysis report is very important as it determines the pretreatment setup needed to be installed before the reverse osmosis system. As you can see on the sketch above, the pretreatment consists of a Sand/Glass Filter, Carbon Filter, and Antiscalant Dosing system.
Pre treatment setups can consist of even more items installed before the 6000LPH RO System. The water analysis report lists items that may be needed.
