Description

The 800 GPD Commercial Reverse Osmosis System (Manual Flush) is a high-capacity water purification system designed for commercial, light industrial, and high-demand residential applications. Producing up to 800 gallons (approximately 3,028 litres) of purified water per day, this advanced 5-stage reverse osmosis system removes up to 95% of dissolved salts, harmful minerals, chemicals, and other contaminants, delivering consistently clean, safe, and great-tasting water.

Using advanced reverse osmosis technology, water is forced through ultra-fine membranes that allow only water molecules to pass while rejecting dissolved impurities at a molecular level. Equipped with dual booster pumps and dual 400 GPD RO membranes, the system provides high production capacity and reliable performance, making it ideal for businesses, restaurants, laboratories, offices, and commercial water treatment applications.

Rejected water carrying the minerals in a high concentration is drained off through the wastewater pipe, and the pure water is diverted to the storage tank for drinking. The System removes up to 95% of harmful minerals and chemicals, the system also removes suspended impurities such as dirt, sand, and rust, it improves the odor and taste of your municipal water and leaves good, clean, and healthy water for your consumption.

The optimum pressure for a 2-4-gallon reverse osmosis tank is 6-8 PSI. When the tank is full, the water pressure should read 2 Bar. This may be slightly higher if your tank capacity is larger than average (such as for a whole home RO unit).

  • Commercial drinking water systems.
  • Light industrial water treatment.
  • High-demand residential applications.
Installation:

Install the system on a stable, level surface close to a suitable water supply, drain, and 220 V electrical outlet. Connect the feed water, wastewater, and purified water lines using the supplied fittings and valves. Install the dual booster pumps according to the wiring instructions and flush the system thoroughly before commissioning. Perform manual membrane flushing regularly to help extend membrane life and maintain optimum performance.

Maintenance:

Replace the sediment and carbon pre-filters every 6 to 12 months, depending on water quality and usage. Replace the K33 post carbon filter annually. The 400 GPD RO membranes typically have a service life of 2 to 3 years, depending on feed water quality and maintenance. Regular manual flushing and scheduled filter replacement will maximise membrane performance and system longevity.
