The Rotek C-5TM Reverse Osmosis Controller is a panel-mounted control unit designed to monitor and control the operation of compatible single-pump reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems.

How the RO Controller Works:

The Rotek controller receives signals from compatible RO system components and uses them to control and monitor the RO plant. During normal operation, the controller controls the feed-water supply and high-pressure pump while monitoring system conditions.

If the permeate storage tank reaches its full level, the controller can shut down RO production and initiate the programmed flush sequence. Similarly, a low feed-water pressure condition can trigger system shutdown to help protect the RO equipment. The controller also provides permeate TDS monitoring, allowing the operator to observe the quality of the produced water directly from the control panel.
