Installation:
Install the F112B1 valve onto a compatible 36″ to 40″ FRP or steel filter vessel using the appropriate DN80 side-mount connection. Connect the inlet, outlet, and drain piping according to the flow direction marked on the valve body. Install the recommended filter media before commissioning the system. Connect the supplied 24V DC power supply, program the desired backwash schedule using the time clock controller, and perform an initial backwash and rinse cycle before placing the system into service.
