Manufactured without resins, binders, adhesives, or surface treatments, these filter bags provide outstanding chemical compatibility and are suitable for a wide range of industrial filtration processes. Due to the hydrophobic nature of the polypropylene micro fibre media, pre-wetting with an aqueous solution is recommended before installation.

Installation:

Before installation, ensure the filter bag is compatible with the process liquid and housing. Pre-wet the polypropylene microfibre filter media using the recommended aqueous solution before use. Insert the filter bag carefully into the restrainer basket, ensuring the SENTINEL® seal ring is correctly seated to prevent bypass. The use of a bag insertion tool is recommended to ensure proper alignment and sealing. Replace the filter bag when the recommended differential pressure is reached or when filtration performance decreases.
