The uPVC Single-Length Bag Filter Housing is a durable and efficient filtration solution designed to remove suspended solids and particulate matter from water and other compatible liquids. The housing accommodates a replaceable filter bag that captures suspended particles as water passes through the filtration media.

The single-length configuration provides an economical and space-efficient filtration solution for applications that require reliable sediment removal without the larger footprint of a double-length housing. The housing is manufactured from uPVC, providing excellent corrosion resistance and making it suitable for a wide range of water-treatment applications. Stainless-steel bolts provide secure assembly and dependable operation in demanding environments.

The housing features 2″ DN50 flanged inlet and outlet connections, together with a ¼” BSP air vent connection. A ¼” BSP pressure-gauge connection is also provided, although the pressure gauge is not included.

The bag filter housing can be installed as a pre-filtration stage before equipment such as water softeners, Reverse Osmosis systems, UV sterilisers, pumps and other downstream treatment equipment. It is particularly effective for removing sediment, dirt, rust and other suspended particles that could damage or reduce the efficiency of downstream systems.
