How It Works!
- The unit pumps water in.
- Air is drawn into the system via a Venturi system, passing between the quartz glass and the dual-function lamp.
- The lamp generates 185 nm radiations, converting the oxygen in the air into ozone.
- The ozone-enriched air is mixed with the water, starting the oxidation and sterilization process.
- As the water-ozone mixture is exposed to the lamp’s 254 nm UV-C radiation, residual ozone is broken down. Creating highly reactive hydroxyl radicals which further disinfect the water.
- The system returns the treated water to the pool, resulting in clean, clear, and healthy water. The design ensures all ozone in the water is used for the AOP process, so the system needs no deozonation device.
